WHAT IS A FLOATING SOUND BATH

A sound bath is a deeply meditative sound experience where those in attendance are “bathed” in sound waves (you do not get bathed in water). These vibrational waves are produced by various sources including singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and more. The experience will clear your energy field and restore balance to your mind and body. It allows the body to be more receptive to healing, inspiration, and stress relief.

You don't need any special clothing as you won't get wet during the floating experience. We recommend wearing comfortable attire suitable for outdoor relaxation.

Do I need to know how to swim?

No swimming skills are required as you will be floating gently on the water with the assistance of floaties. Our team will ensure your safety and comfort throughout the experience.

What if I arrive late?

We kindly ask that you arrive on time to ensure you don't miss any important parts of the event and don't disturb the other participants

Are refreshments provided?

Yes, after the soundbath, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a hot beverage to help you unwind further.
